Coffee Lounge

43 days in Coffee Lounge Ended for now. Yes. I had complaint alot at the start of my internship until I got closer with the service staffs and the Chefs. Now, I really hate to leave there. my heart sank when I bid farewell to those staffs this afternoon. Yes, we are not leaving each other, we're still in the same hotel - but i would no longer be able to work with them. In addition, I would come contact with lesser guest, alot lesser. I won't be able to do my breakfast station. I really enjoy doing the Breakfast buffet, except for the replenishing part. Sigh.

New Kitchen. New Chefs. New Rules. New Roles. New Environment. I've got to adapt all over again.

I couldn't say anything nor criticise the chefs there. But for all I know, they're a bunch of sacarstic people. Oh well.

I'm praying really hard that I would be doing really fine there. Better than WX. Adapting well there. Able to take the long working hours. Able to learn more things. and most importantly, to gain understanding from the Chefs; yes my listening problem, it's always a burden.

Even though I may be working together with Jaslynn starting from tomorrow, I guess i should really avoid having chit chatting session with her and Sissi. Gracious.
