when I was young ...

When I was a little Boy a few years back, ookay 10 years back...

I thought I could be a chef because I can cook. I thought I could open my very own restaurant after I earn enough money. I thought I could hire people to work under me, especially cooperating with my friends. I thought the working life is just as simple as I thought - working hard and do what I need to do and get my salary.

Until Reality Hit me.

10 years later - Today...

I've realised that being a Chef isn't about knowing how to cook and how good your food taste - it's about your experiences, the opportunities, the networks, the skills, the luck, etc.

Opening a restaurant isn't about how much money you have - it's about the venue, the revenue, the market requirement, the calculation, the profit and loss, etc.

Working Life included meeting to the job requirements, working hard and getting salaries. Beside those it's about facing the Boss and the heads, working more than what the job requires, it's about commitment, etc.

Real Life. It's harsh and practical.

I've learn another thing today.

" What's a joke to you, may not be a Joke to others - it may tarnish your reputation, though it's just a comment. They called it UNNECESSARY Comments. "

"Psst!"

Psst! I'm Brendan Jenkins.

" I'm not a Girl, neither a Boy! I'm just an alien in a Human Skin. I'm not a fashionista, but I am not a slobby dresser. I am not choosy person, neither an easy person. I not conservative, neither too open. I'm a person FULL OF NONSENSE.

I am Just Who I am.
