Mis-en-plac is also known as Pre-preparation in French. How to pronounce? Good Question! I, myself has also forgotten how to pronounce this damn word.

Whatever it is, what I am trying to say is. I AM GOING TO DO VEGETABLE CUTTING TODAY! Awesome? Awesome not? I'm kind of nervous. *LOL* It may be true that I cut alot at home. But the main problem lies here; I DON'T REMEMBER THE FREAKING FRENCH WORD FOR EACH CUTTING! So how can I remember what to cut for each ingredient? Hmm... Ask!

Plan for today, to slack at home and remember the bloody 7 names for different cuts. 4 hours of cutting today. Which also means, 4 hours in the DAMN FREAKING WARM KITCHEN! That's kitchen! Thank god that I am alittle used to this heat. *XS*
