Ice Cream! Anyone?!
Alright! Let's get serious. I've got a few point to clarify with regards to my size.
  1. I did not want this thin size of mine, I want to gain some weight!
  2. I eat alot, just that I can't gain weight!
  3. For 17 years of my life, I have never exceed the weight of 50kg!
  4. I am not thin! I'm Slim! *LOL!*

People is always telling me that I am really skinny, asking me to eat more. But! I am really eating alot. Blame my high metabolism rate. *Errr....*

Since I can maintain this 'beautiful' weight of mine and people are always asking me why I am so skinny; and some girls are jealous *=.="*. I shall introduce my ..

MANUAL TO SAFETY DIET!

Alright! I don't guarantee 100% result from trying this. But this is just alist of my diet!

  1. I'm not a Meat eater, which means I eat vegetables most of the times, but I only eat Chicken. You can try to eat more vegetables and Chicken. Go for lesser red meat! Eating too much meat makes you stink anyway.
  2. I eat just a bowl of Rice every meal - Carboyhydrate. Don't worry about gaining weight here, cause you will be using this carbohydrate up at the end of the day. It's JUST 2 BOWL a day - one for lunch, another for dinnner.
  3. I go for a Sweet Breakfast (energy meal) - 2 toast with a cup of Coffee with condense milk, a Heavy Lunch, Snacking between Lunch and Dinner. And a Light Vegetarian Dinner to end my day.
  4. I drink Lots of Soup! You take in Vitamins and get full easily. Which means, lesser food consumed!
  5. I don't eat after 8pm. It's fattening!
  6. I sleep alot! You will not feel hungry when you are sleeping, unless you sleep for the whole day. Since you are not hungry, you will not eat.
  7. I sweat alot. Weight can be loss through sweating to some extent! (I think so.)
  8. A cup of Milo before bed to keep myself full during bedtime!

that's all I could think of. By the way, I'm a sweet tooth. Ice Cream and Chocolate is my favourite! I don't gain weight from eating it a Tonnes! Don't jealous!

Fact#9 - I don't gain weight easily!
